Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. In the event that you do not cancel/reschedule within the required time, the following fees will be applied to your card for up to 100% of services booked. - Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours prior to your appointment will not incur charges. You must log in, call or email and cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a full charge of the deposit paid at booking. - Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service value.
